The University is committed to robust risk management practices as an integral part of good governance.
A risk report provided on a quarterly basis to the Senate and the Audit and Risk Committee highlights major emerging risks and provides updates on risks from the Strategic Risk Register. The University’s Strategic Risk Register is reviewed twice a year as part of the University’s integrated planning processes.
A review of the University’s operational risk management approach is planned for 2018 with a view to implement enhanced processes and systems to support enterprise-wide risk management and planning.
